By 1810, the Camps/Kemps were firmly established. Nathan and Nancy Camp's children were born, including my g-g-g-g-grandfather, Joseph Warren Kemp in 1805. Nancy would die mysteriously around 1810 and none have determined the cause or found her unmarked burial site despite major efforts over the years. What is known is that shortly thereafter Nathan sold the homestead and the Kemps moved onto to Madison County, AL.
