July 3, 1999 Dear Scott; I just found this copy of the obituary for B. O. Kemp's wife, Wilma. The Jackson Sun - June 1976 Services for Mrs. Wilma C. Kemp, 81, wife of B. O. Kemp will be at 4 p. m. Saturday at Lanier Funeral Home Chapel with the reverend David Q. Byrd officiating. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery. Mrs. Kemp died Thursday night at General Hospital after a long illness. She lived at 419 Johnson Street. She was a lifelong Madison Countian and was a member of the West Jackson Baptist Church where for many years she taught the primary Sunday School class. She leaves her widower; a half brother, Clyde Oliver; and a grandson, Alan Alper of Jackson. Pall bearers will be Jack Alper, Alan Alper, James Scallions, Howard Kemp, Luther Couch, and Beuthel Smith. Corrections to be made: Wilma's maiden name was Wilma C.
